Nicole Beach raw (NSFW)

The video is 380 unedited photos from a Shoot I did with Nicole Melrose at Mallacoota in Victoria. It was shot in the middle of the day, just me and a camera; no reflects, scrims or flashes. The stills are a selection on the photos used in the video without any photoshop.

Really good stuff Peter! Provocative and tasteful as always! A couple where there are no lady bits showing have a Marilyn feel to me.

Cheers mate.

Your images are wonderful and amazing. I have examined many of your photos with some care hoping to understand more about how you light and compose. I shoot with a Canon T6i, which has a considerably smaller bit range and I don’t use Photoshop or other post-programs to manipulate the images, but I use Canon’s software to render my RAW photos monochrome black and white. My images are very soft by comparison to yours, apparently lacking a broad dynamic range. How do you achieve the deep, dark, moody appearance of many of your black and white photos? Is it done with software or pure lighting, and does the bit-depth (16bit) of the Hasselblad H5D-50 camera make it possible?

You just have to control the light so your dynamic range is less than 10 stops or get a Hasselblad 🙂
