Marine Barbier

I shot this set in a Paris hotel (Hotel R De Paris) earlier this year. The model Marine Barbier was stunning and covered with freckles, the light was a small window and a small skylight that I could adjust both with blinds. I really enjoyed doing this shoot but for 3 months after every time I opened this shoot I would get lost, what sort of editing I would do to this shoot, and then close it again. It finally sank in, on a recent workshop I was telling a photographer “if you can’t see what to photoshop, don’t photoshop it”. So these are straight out of Phocus raw with just a black and white conversion using the green channel, some light cropping and re-sizing for web. No hair & make-up and no re-touching.
